- Managed urgent MEDEVAC to Pago Pago; transported civilian to Queens Medical Facility--saved patient's life

- Deployed twice to Balad AB, Iraq and served as the 332nd EMXS Transient alert NCOIC for a total 240 days

- Ensured all crash recovery equipment was inventoried & all CDDAR program personnel were qualified and trained

- Fine tuned transient alert's safety program, fix'd 6 findings, helped Sq earn top rating during Wing safety inspection

- Debriefed over 600 F-16 sorties and 2,400+ flying hours with zero discrep; achieved impressive 96% 8-hour fix rate

- Supported 1.6K transient aircraft and the movement of 65K pax and 11K tons of cargo throughout the AOR

- Facilitated transport of 60 Army helicopters, facilitating the orderly draw down of forces in Iraq

- Contributed to Crew Chief Section winning the 332nd Expeditionary Maintenance Squadron Mx team of the Month
